Why not let the
experts do the work? --The ArrayGenius makes
advanced microarray data analysis easy -- but even so, some
customers prefer to have their data analyzed by the experts.
A massive amount of
data. -- The ArrayGenius is powerful but the current
version isn't structured to deal with truly massive
microarray databases. If you want to mine patterns
spanning tens of thousands of microarray experiments you
want a custom deployment of our command-line analytical
tools.
A variety of novel
and advanced analytical tools. -- Biomind has
a host of valuable research software tools, which we use
internally for our own bioinformatics research, but which
haven't yet made their way into our product line. If
you have a tricky data analysis problem, we may well have
something in our research toolkit that deals with it -- it
never hurts to ask!
A different set of
eyeballs. -- Our staff researchers have looked
at a lot of different datasets with a lot of different
properties, using a lot of different algorithms. We've
been surprised how often, even without any fancy technology,
we're able to find unsuspected meaning in a dataset just by
graphing it and "eyeballing it" in a slightly
nonstandard way.
